Great Headphones with Multi-Device Support

They can be connected to both devices at the same time. Excellent. Use with Microsoft Teams and They work great for that too.

However, the app is confusing to use, and was annoying to keep headphones on the noise-canceling setting because it would automatically sense your motion and turn it on ambient mode

Thank you for the review and we do apologize for the inconvenience. To turn off the Ambient Sound Mode. Press the CUSTOM button repeatedly until the Ambient Sound Mode is turned off. Each time the button is pressed, the function switches as follows and is announced by the voice guidance.
