    Excellent headphones for short term use if you need noise cancellation. I found them uncomfortable after a few hours but that might just be my head shape. No complaints.

    These are fantastic for music! Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that the microphone picks up background noise, so not useful for use in Skype/Zoom/Teams meetings. The touch controls take a little getting used to, but once comfortable with it they work perfectly. Upgraded from WH-1000XM2 which are great too - well worth the upgrade.

    The sound and noise canceling are both amazing, so if you are planning on just using these to listen to music or watch movies they are a great choice. However the built in mic is horrible. My girlfriend said it sounded like I was in a tiny room and was talking quietly, so I ended up returning them to get a different pair.

This may be resolved switching the Bluetooth connection to HFP or HSP on your smartphone.     I love these headphones for the features. The put your hand over your ear to hear is nice. If you move it off your ear it pauses the music. Sound quality is very good for talking on the phone.
