They are very comfortable and can be worn for a long time without discomfort and the mic works great for my Team meetings. The controls are easy to use, and connectivity has never been an issue. A bit pricey, but you do get a quality product. Highly recommend

If I didn’t already have a pair of my own, I would’ve kept them for myself. They were a Christmas gift and they weren’t my family member wanted. That’s why I returned them.

Super comfortable (more than the XM5, to be honest!), the sound is crisp, and connection with 2 devices works really well (this was a must for me!). It's light enough that I use it all day at work and don't get headaches at the end of the day. But the star is the noise cancellation - amazing!

For the price I was expecting a better microphone quality, but it seems to not do a very good job. At least that was my experience: Sound: - For meetings it was perfect, I was able to hear everyone with no problems - Music just sounds like you are expecting it to sound, clear and on point Microphone: - If you are vacuuming or doing some activity that brings noise, you still can a conversation with someone else as the noise doesn't make it thru. - IF YOU ARE ON THE STREET WALKING WHILE CARS ARE MOVING 50+ MPH then ambiance sounds comes thru the microphone and interrupts the conversation. Im constantly on the phone and this doesnt help to isolate your voice with the ambiance. For sound works great, for communication when there is background noise going on... not so much.
