Amazing headphones. Highly recommend. They are very comfortable and the battery life is amazing as well. The sound is great and its customizable. The headphones also fold for travel purposes. The noise cancelation is top tier as well. One of my best purchases

I absolutely love the headphones. The over the ear is so comfortable. Sound is clear you hear everything thing. I also like how customizable the headphones are with the Sony app. Because each person has a preference on how they like to hear their music you can make it sound how you like it. The work great for exercising you feel like your in your own world with the noise canceling feature. Once you start talking it stop the music. I liked that feature but because I also like to sing I had to turn it off because I couldn’t get through a song without the headphones thinking I was having a conversation. But you have so much control on how you want the headphones to work that it’s a great choice for anyone.

Absolutely love these headphones. The noise cancellation works great for tuning out background noise and helping me focus while at work or the gym. They stay secure on your head without that feeling of suffocation, and are comfortable to wear with glasses and earrings. The equalizer offers enough to perfectly balance any genre of music and the clear bass will make any bass lover like myself salivate. Definitely beyond satisfied with my purchase and would recommend anyone looking at these to just go for it.

Recently got these for my girlfriend. I got rhe XM5s for myself and she wanted the 4s because of the fact they fold. the XM4s have largely the same pros as the 5s i love the light and gentle fit it doesnf hurt your ears after hours of use. the battery life is amazing and the charging is ridiculously fast. The ambient sound control and noise cancelling are really good too. and i generally just really like the way they look.

The Sony WH-1000XM4s are on another level. The sound is rich, balanced, and immersive—every song feels like a private concert. What really stands out is the comfort; I can wear them for hours and almost forget they’re on. Premium quality through and through! With it on sale, it was definitely a win!

I bought these, a couple months ago, wanting a mid-tier price for a first pair of headphones. Until then, I was exclusively using earbuds/AirPods, etc. I wanted to prioritize immersive sound, but still have a decent internal mic, so that I could use them for work, if needed. When I tested these in-store compared to similar-tiered options for Bose, Beats, JLab, and Skull Candy (which I really took my time with) Sony outperformed them all for overall balanced sound. I was shocked by this because I went in thinking I would be going for Bose. Once I calibrated my purchased pair, they knocked my socks off! I love the sound test that ensures you hear sound in the way that YOU want. When I brought them to the counter, the cashier asked if I had owned a pair before. When I said no, she said I was going to fall in love with them. She wasn’t lying! I plan on wearing these out and then going for a high-performance set, later. I guess I’m a Sony girl from now on. I’d highly recommend these!

PROS: 1. Outstanding sound quality 2. Excellent noise cancellation 3. Comfortable for hours 4. Long battery life 5. Easy bluetooth pairing. No dropouts. CONS: 1. Expensive. (but less of a con if you get it on sale).

The Sony headphones are just what I needed. I travel a lot by air and the ANC feature blocks out nearly all the ambient sounds without having to turn the volume way up. The sound quality is full and rich even at low volumes making relaxing very easy. The battery life is good. I don’t have to worry about charging often seeing that a 3 hour usage still left me with over 90% of battery life remaining.

Works perfectly and even better to apple pro max headphones. Bought these as a gift but I also have one on my own I was gifted one back in 2021 and it still works perfectly. Overall these headphones have great sound quality and battery life, which is must as a college student.

This has been some of the best headphones I have ever had. There is adaptable noise cancelling which does wonderful work. I also love the bass. I wear them all the time and am able to because of the long battery life!

I never really had a pair of nice over-the-ear headphones before but had gotten tired of earbuds and wanted to get something sturdy and quality to last me for a long time, and I’m so glad I chose these. Not only are they super soft, but completely cover/cup my ears so there’s no pressure on my cartilage piercings (something I was initially worried about causing irritation). I have a pretty small head so they fit comfortably without extending outward, but are still tight enough to stay in place on my head without slipping. I also absolutely love that I can switch between the different equalizer options to cater to what kind of media I’m listening to (audiobooks, different genres of music, etc). The noise cancelation isn’t as powerful as the AirPods, but it definitely does the trick. I also deeply enjoy that you can adjust how much ambient noise you want and the feature that allows noise transparency/audio pause when the headphones detect you talking or the headphones are removed. Has been used and helpful more times than I can count already. Overall, I’m super happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend to anyone looking to spend a pretty penny on some headphones.

Pretty good noise canceling. Not audiophile sound quality but good enough to listen to all your favorites. Good battery life. Got myself a pair and bought another pair for my dad i liked them so much. Pretty comfortable. Not a big fan of that fake leather stuff just because if you sweat it can get sticky but thats partly me being a headphone snob.

This product has tremendously changed by music listening experience. 1. The battery life on the device is amazing. I will go days where I listen to music for a couple hours or more before I get to even 40 percent battery life. 2. The noise cancelling abilities are better than I have heard in other over ear headphones. 3. Build quality is light yet solid, making it a comfortable wear for long periods of times. 3. The app the comes paired with the headphone allows for many useful abilities such as noise canceling adaption, multiple device connection, and many more. Overall great headphones.

These headphones are comfortable enough to wear nearly all day long, which I sometimes do. The sound quality is superb. But perhaps most amazing is the sound-canceling feture. With the headset on, I hear very little other than the music playing. I would buy this item again.

Best wireless headphones I have owned. I used them during a 9 hour flight to Hawai’i and I was pleased at how comfortable they are over long wear periods. Great noise canceling, I accidentally put it on noice canceling at work and my co workers have to walk up and talk to me because I genuinely can barely hear them. Batterie seems to last the advertised 30 hours. 10/10 would recommend. Unable to speak on longevity/ build quality over time.

Amazing. Sound is clear and noise cancellation works well. I love the feature where you press your palm on the side to hear ambient sound when you want. Battery is phenomenal—I’ve had these headphones for a month, used them almost every day for an hour on average and only had to charge them once. Comfortable as well, even on a small head like mine.

loved my bose qc 35 and bought these to try out. the bass is much deeper and i love for music and movies. I do like the passive technology when i fly i can easily listen to flight changes etc without removing my headphones. Comfortable and now my designated travel set. However qc35 are still a bit more comfortable for extended use like gaming or for work. also the app is great and i can manage the noise canceling from my phone-- in addition its easy to manage multiple phones synced simultaneously (i have a work phone and personal phone) so playing music on one device and getting email notifications on the other is convenient.
