Sounds great, some quirky features

They do shut off when you lay down if the automatic shut off is activated. Simple fix but kind of a weird feature. The blue LED light blink randomly. Unsure how to stop that from happening.

The wearing detection may not work properly when wearing the headset while lying down or with your face up. Wear the headset correctly while facing forward, or press the (power) button briefly. Very Crisp Sound Quality

I bought this for my teen and I will be purchasing one for myself as well! Impressed by the crispness of the sound.

Very nice and comfortable

Not a keeper for me

Was using AirPods Pro which work very well but sometimes bugs my ears. Back to the Sony headphones… Sound is pretty good, not great. Seems to have some crackle at times. Could be the Bluetooth connection which is also why I’m returning them. They have a really hard time staying connected to our LG OLED C2 which hasn’t been a problem for the AirPods or other buds. Too frustrating. Purchased Bose QC Ultras to try instead. Much more money of course but way better sound and no more connection problems.

To improve the responsiveness, make sure you are using the flat part of your finger to tap and swipe, and not just the fingertip. For the buttons, please ensure you are giving them a firm, deliberate press. If the issue continues, a quick reset of the headphones often resolves minor glitches. Best headphones I've used

The audio quality out of the box is crazy good and I only had to tweak the EQ a tiny bit to get the bass exactly where I wanted it. The muffs do get a little hot after a while and can make my ears sweaty but I usually don't end up using them that long except on flights.

Excellent sound

I returned them and purchased the xm4, and was instantly pleased with the sound. And even more so after going through and setting up my sound preference. Super happy with the sound quality. It doesn’t get super loud as some have mentioned, but that’s probably not a bad thing, as it may save our hearing. And it looks a lot better than the xb910’s.

I was hearing musical textures in songs I've listened to for years for the first time. The only negative thing I have to say about it is how sensitive the touch pad is. I'm always accidently hanging up.

Best ANC I've tried

Frequent flyer must-haves

The noise cancellation is amazing. Completely cut off aircraft noise making my trip home much more pleasant. I wear them while cutting grass. Riding mower sounds like a sewing machine. Only drawback for me is the “tap” system which interferes with the tap system on my hearing aids. I have to tap my ears twice to change hearing aid programs. Unfortunately the double tap on headphones is needed to turn off and on the NC.

I got them because of the active noise cancelling, which rivals all of the current Bo$e noise cancelling and surpasses all the rest. What has really increased my experience is all the "hidden" features that are explained inside the box. Laying your palm on the side of the headphones pauses the ANC, intuitive swiping up/down on the outside earpiece for volume and forward and back for skipping, the double tap to pause, all very easy/user friendly interface that makes them a pleasure to use.
