The ambient mode allows operation with normal amounts of ambient sounds. The voice mode indication allows easy determination of power on/off, ambient and noise cancelling. Very comfortable to wear. Overall very satisfied.

I got these instead of the xm5s because they were on sale and my kids have them and said that these are just as good as the 5s

Excellent Noise Cancelling

It is somewhat eery how silent it is when they are turned on and on sound is playing. Good battery life and easy to switch between two devices.

Incredible sound!

The balance is incredible. The noise canceling is amazing. The toggle between ambient and noice cancelling is super easy and quick. The features are great. Bluetooth works great. No problem with phone calls. Tested and the other person heard me great. Kept noise cancelling on while I was talking and found I could still hear my voice, which was nice, but could listen to music with noise cancelling on and couldn't hear someone talking to me. I had this on a wish list and then the price dropped, so I went ahead and ordered them. Really glad it did. Extremely pleased and excited to really enjoy and deeply listen to music.

Type C connection is a plus super comfortable you can listen for hours. Dual Bluetooth connection is awesome I highly recommend.

I had the previous generation 1000xm3 and I loved them, when I heard that the 1000xm4 was coming out I sold the xm3. I they look more are less the same except a few additions like the on ear sensor that’s inside the left ear cup. The cushion on the top of the headphone is smaller. They also took away the ambient noise control button. Out of the box they sound just as good if not slightly better than the xm3. I love the new features they added like, connecting to two devices at the same time, when you talk the headphones let’s ambient noise, and when you take them off it pauses what ever you’re listening too all in all a great product! I’m more than satisfied.

Before I decided on these, I picked up Bose NC700, and I prefer these over the Bose. I find them more comfortable than the Bose, and they sure sound better to my ears. Highly recommended, especially if you find them at a discount.

Amazing Sound Quality

Although the price had me hesitant, these headphones are definitely worth the money. The sound quality is amazing, they fit great and it took over an hour before sweat became noticeable.

Easy to travel with, calls and music sound great. Easy set up, what else do you want? Battery life us great for an 8hes work day, oy complaint is that when it warns you you have low battery....what it really means is you have less than 5 min. Minor complaint for an otherwise great set of headphones.

After spending hours on video calls, we needed a product that didn't make our ears hurt. Perfect choice. A little tricky to set up for video calls at first, but we figured it out.

There is even an EQ in there—which can be customized to fine-tune your music to your liking. You can edit the volume of the CLEAR BASS. Increasing the CLEAR BASS setting value allows your headphones to reproduce dynamic deep bass without distortion, even at a high volume. I use these a t the gym and each workout is about 1 and a half hoarse long. Its been about a week and a half and i have yet to charger these. Outstanding ANC too!! The set up process is a pain. Only complaint really.
