Better than Bose 700

Sony sound quality is better and does not nickel and dime you for every little thing like bose. Bose is selling a portable usb link to help with the connectivity of the bose 700. They are trying to make more money by solving a problem in their headphones, which is the connectivity. Sony headphones connect to my pc, but bose 700 glitches.

It worked well, and sounded pretty good. However, I returned these since my Apple Airpods Max sounded just as good to my aging ears. So, these became unnecessary. If you won't be connecting to apple products, pick these over the the AirPods Max, they are a way better value. If you do plan to use with Apple products, the AirPods max will give you a better more robust experience.

The tweaks to the head band and ear muffin really improve comfort. The sound quality has also improved. Bluetooth compatibility has improved for me too. Theyre more bassy than other headphones in my experience. after about 8 months of having them, they had a few connection issues but that got sorted out by not using them for a bit.

MUST HAVE

(AirPods Max, Bose 700, Sony XM4). All are great but these stand out a lot more in my opinion because of great sound and fit. Also cheapest of the 3 so W all around.

Worth every penny

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This product is amazing, making the price I paid (~$270) feel like a steal, after you try noise cancelling on this device you'll be crying like a spoiled baby whenever you have to bear with any other competing products. I have brought by XM3 which is last generation of this product onboard a few flights and it easily guaranteed me no more humming plane engines when I try to get some rest, I have faith this one will do a even better job. One complaint is that the multi point connection support that is exclusive to this new XM4, I find the setup process a little bit clumsy. I also hope the same functionality can be provided to earlier products such as XM3. Thank you Sony for bringing us such a fantastic product.
