Needing to drown out the sorrow, I decided to buy these headphones. The sound quality is superb, but the noise cancellation is where these headphones really shine. I no longer hear my parents argue anymore, not because of these headphones, but because they got divorced.

They are a little more grey although they look whiter in the picture but still super cute!

A little overkill, but great headphones

I honestly thought that I would use these more as I listen to a lot of classical music and jazz at home and am extremely picky about quality and depth of tone. These hit all those marks and then some. I think the only reason I do not use them more is because I do not carry a backpack whenever I leave the house so I am not likely to carry them around with me.

We are so sorry if these headphones didn't fit you well. The WH-1000XM4 has a self-adjusting headband and soft cushioned earcups that cover the whole ear. For the best method to fit the headphones, please refer to the following:
• Check the left and right units of the headset.
- There is a tactile dot on the (left) mark side.
• Extend the slider to its full length before putting on the headset.
• Put on the headset with the earpads fitting snugly over your ears.
• Adjust the slider to a length where the headband touches the top of your head.
• Adjust the orientation of the left and right units so that the earpads fit snugly all around your ears.
• If you put on the headset without adjusting the slider, the headset may not be positioned properly on your head, resulting in discomfort or a weak noise canceling effect.
