    These are amazing. I own bose headphones and compared to those, the sony blows these out of the water with the level of sound quality and sound deafening.

    I am no audio expert but had to go through 1000xm3 and bose700 to love these, 1. Did not like the microphone on 1000xm3 2. and Noise cancellation not as good on bose 700, (at least that is what i felt) I find sound is amazing on 1000xm4 along with good noise cancellation and microphone. Also cheaper compared to bose 700

    These are fantiastic. I work in an area with 40 people in a small space, and these cancel out everyone around me and the sound quality is excellent. My only complaint is that the touch pad areas to change the volume and switch songs is kind not in an inutitive area on the headphones.

    I read a ton of reviews before deciding which headphones to buy and finally settled on these. They really are the best ones out there. The noise cancelling is superb and music is clear and robust. Setup and pairing was seamless and easy. If you are looking for wireless noise cancelling headphones I would truly recommend these.

      To improve the volume range, you can download in your phone the Sony | Sound Connect app and check for firmware updates: https://www.sony.com/electronics/support/wireless-headphones-bluetooth-headphones/wh-1000xm4/software/00261613

      Also, you can adjust the Equalizer settings to boost certain frequencies or overall gain.
      In the app, set Sound Quality Mode to Priority on Sound Quality, which can improve dynamic range.

    Overall great headphones, the noise cancellation is amazing and customizable which is neat. If you want good quality music and bass go ahead and grab you a pair of these but only down side is these really can’t be used for the gym they slide of easily which is the only down side Over all good to just kick back and jam out.

    I love these headphones. I’ve been wanting a pair since the xm3’s but waited extra long for the xm4’s. I’m very happy with my purchase at Best Buy. I use these everyday and are very comfortable. I got the midnight blue and they look and sound amazing.

    I absolutely love these headphones. I use them daily for work and entertainment. With 7,000 hours plus of use time so far I can tell you these are durable and of high quality. I purchased a pair originally in 2020 and now a second pair as a gift and will definitely be going Sony in the future.

    Amazing sound! I highly recommend this headphones. You need to get the Sony app though! At first the sound sounds flat but with a lot of detail. You need to configure the sound to the taste you like and without a doubt you will love them. They sound so full and rich once you configure them to your liking.
