I would have given them 5 stars but the only drawback was the mics. When placing calls, the receivers of the calls mentioned that I was not as clear as a previous set of headphones from another brand. Still, these headphones are by far one of the best I have owned.

Very nice headphones

Its not silent but certainly helps cut out excess noise. The base is tight but lacks power compared to the Sony extra base model. I can hear the depth of base but not feel it. Excellent call quality.

My Favorite Headphones

I returned them for these Sony’s. BEST DECISION EVER. I can’t hear them at all. The Sony app is also more seem less than Bose.

We're sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues when switching between two audio sources using the multipoint function. When using a multipoint connection, we recommend to download the Sony Sound Connect app on one of the devices and make sure it has the latest update. Check with the Sony Sound Connect app that the setting of [Connect to 2 devices simultaneously] is on. (Confirm that both devices are connected in the Device Currently Being Connected section of the app)
• Multipoint connection works with only two devices at a time.
- A third device can be connected through Bluetooth, however, the Bluetooth connection with the last device that played music will stay connected and the second device will be disconnected in order for the third device to establish the Bluetooth connection with the headphones.
• If you want to play music from the other device, stop playback on the device that is playing the music, and start playback by operating the other device.
Even if you start playback by operating the second device while playing music on the first device, the music from the first device will continue to be heard via the headset. In this state, if you stop playback on the first device, you can listen to music from the second device via the headset.

Travel? Hate noise? Get these!!!

The NC is top and the sound quality is great. Not audiophile quality, as your listening through Bluetooth. I haven't heard through a DAC yet. just enjoy tuning out the world on long flights. Mic for the phone is above average.

As usual with noise-cancelling headphones, the soundstage isn't very wide, but the tones all come through nice, even, and clear. I would say the noise cancelling sounds like having normal in-ear gummy earbuds, or putting your fingers in your ears.

And to ensure you're getting the optimal noise canceling experience, please try to follow the guidelines and troubleshooting steps below:
Make sure that the noise canceling function is turned on.
Adjust the headset into a comfortable position.
Check that the Adaptive Sound Control is turned off.
Check the setting of the Adaptive Sound Control on the “Sony | Headphones Connect” app. When the Adaptive Sound Control is turned on, the noise canceling function may become insufficient.
