Even in the loudest settings, the soundproof does its job of minimizing the amount of noise I can hear. The headphones are also very comfortable. I had issues in the past where headphones would hurt my ears, so I could not wear them for a long period of time. However, these are extremely comfortable to the point where I can sleep just fine in them. They are easy to pair with devices and come with easy-to-follow instructions on how to set them up.

Amazing Sound and amazing noise cancellation

Great headphones, charging is a problem.

I'm reallly really careful with all of my electronics. So I am bummed out that the have stpped charging. 16 months/$400, now they are garbage.

Be sure to use the supplied USB Type-C cable.
Check that the USB Type-C cable is firmly connected to the headset and the USB AC adaptor or computer.
Make sure that the USB AC adaptor is firmly connected to the AC outlet.
Check that the computer is turned on.
Wake the computer up if the computer is in standby (sleep) or hibernation mode.
When using Windows 8.1, update using Windows Update.
Restart your computer, and check whether the situation has improved.
Reset the headset.

Have these alongside a pair of Bose QC 35ii and the sound is much more full. Noise cancelling is on par if not slightly better than the Bose. Prefer the sound of the Sony’s and really dig the inclusion of USB-C. These are great overall.

They have fallen from high places due to my work environment. I work in construction, zero issue with the headphones. Truly love them. Just wish I could every once in awhile replace the padding or somehow clean them a little better since I do sweat a lot while I'm working.
