The user experience is a bit clunky when learning how to connect them and I wish I could have connected to PS5 w/o an adapter but these things are phenomenal.

We cannot guarantee that it will work flawlessly with a PS5. We recommend using headphones that are designed for game consoles such as our PlayStation headsets for optimum performance. In addition, you can connect these headphones to most televisions over Bluetooth so you can get the audio from your PlayStation.

Does a decent job cancelling noise

The noise cancelling does not provide absolute quiet but reduced the noise enough I could concentrate much better. It's music playing quality is decent.

The most advanced Bluetooth wireless NC headphones I ever owned and as usual SONY knocks it out the park. The fact that these can AUTOMATICALLY SWITCH between two devices connected at the same time is amazing.

- Reconnect the headset to your source device.
- Ensure that HFP or HSP is selected for the audio profile.

Please note that the Sidetone function allows you to hear your voice through the headset’s microphone. This means you may also hear ambient sounds or the headset's operational sounds, which is normal and not a malfunction.

Great Noise Canceling, average call quality

The call quality continues to be average as the update on the microphone appears to be very small compared with XM3 version. Having the ability to pair two devices simultaneously is the main and probably only justification if you want to upgrade from XM3.

Great noise cancelling headphones

These are really comfortable, great sounding and the Noise cancelling is really great. Drowned out all the fireworks on New Year’s Eve really well.

Unmatched Sound and Quality

I had the WH-1000XM2 and these are way better than those. I like the feel of them. As always they isolate sound perfectly. I would buy again in a min if I had to. I got these for the sale price of $279. Can't beat that!!!
