Great headphones.

The noise cancellation makes you feel like you’re in a void like in the TV shoes where everyone is in a all white room or area. Sadly it was a present for my wife and she preferred something else do had to return.

Specifically, this product has dual-connection capability which makes it very easy to use a headphone with 2 devices equally.

Not exactly sliced bread...

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Poor connectivity issues (even after firmware updates) and ridiculously useless "touch controls" made these without much merit in my eyes and ears. They could not hold a connection while my older Sony MDR XB950N1s worked as always, i.e., flawlessly. This was also evident in my test of the Sennheiser PXC 550iis and their Momentum 3 ANC headphones. I was not willing to keep hoping these would work. Their noise cancelling was not up to the XB950s abilities either. I may have gotten a bad seed but I was not willing to keep returning and trying another pair, so...Back they went. Others have a different experience. This is mine. Not theirs. ;-) No recommended by me at this moment in time. I settled on the Bose QC45s as the keepers of my recent ANC headphone comparison and alternate between those and my excellent Sony XB950s! The Bose are better than the XM4s but so too are my Sony XB950s. Trust me. I know what I'm doin' when I'm reviewin'.

Allow us to help and turn this into a pleasant experience. If the Bluetooth connection with headphones suddenly disconnects, it may be worth checking though the troubleshooting steps from the links below to isolate the issue.
When connecting the headset to a Bluetooth device, use the headset at least 10 m (30 feet) away from the wireless LAN device. If this headset is used within 10 m (30 feet) of a wireless LAN device, turn off the wireless LAN device. Use this headset and the Bluetooth device as near to each other as possible. The situation may be improved by changing the wireless playback quality settings. Set the headset to “Priority on stable connection” mode or fixing the wireless playback mode with the “Sony | Headphones Connect” app.

I use these a t the gym and each workout is about 1 and a half hoarse long. Its been about a week and a half and i have yet to charger these. Outstanding ANC too!! The set up process is a pain. Only complaint really.

One of the two most comfortable available, especially compared to Dr Beats. Most so-called over the ear headphones seem to be more on the ear than not with thin. hard headbands. These definitely fit well. Not brilliant for Apple users unless you're using only one device.

Great for music and below average for calls

But below average on call quality. Even a 10$ off brand Bluetooth headset performs bette on calls. Switching between mobile and pc is hit or miss. Pc holds the Bluetooth connection for ever so only option is to disable Bluetooth in pc to proceed. Still a 4 star because it’s worth it for the noice cancellation and music quality.

We're glad that you like the music quality and noise canceling function of the headphones. Your feedback about the call quality and multipoint function is greatly appreciated. Make sure to install the latest software version of the headphones (via the Sony Headphones Connect app) for optimum performance.
Depending on the device, silent streaming can continue on the first device when the second device has a Bluetooth connection to the headphones. If this is the case, the headphones remain connected to the first device, and the audio doesn't switch to the second device.
Follow these steps to hear sound from the second device:
1. Open the Sony | Headphones Connect app, select the System tab, and make sure the Connect to 2 devices simultaneously option is set to ON.
2. Stop playback on the first connected device.
3. Close the audio (music) application on the first connected device.
