Great sound, horrible mic

However the built in mic is horrible. My girlfriend said it sounded like I was in a tiny room and was talking quietly, so I ended up returning them to get a different pair.

While we're glad you like the sound and noise canceling features of the headphones, we're sorry to hear that you are having issues with the built-in mic and unit had to be returned. This may be resolved switching the Bluetooth connection to HFP or HSP on your smartphone. Very good quality

Excellent Choice for Music

Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that the microphone picks up background noise, so not useful for use in Skype/Zoom/Teams meetings. The touch controls take a little getting used to, but once comfortable with it they work perfectly. Upgraded from WH-1000XM2 which are great too - well worth the upgrade.

Best Noise Cancelling

Used it on a 6 hours flight, didn't even realize a baby was crying in the seat directly behind me until I took them off, it had blocked out all the noise prefectly.
