    Best for music and i feel little uncomfortable after wearing for an hour...!! Same feeling with bose.. overall i like sony’s sound quality and extra bass compared to fake sounding bose.. bose is better for calls.. sony needs to improve a lot in call quality... people hear external noise more when i’m in calls.!!!

      Hi Crk86, we're glad you like the sound quality of our product. We're sorry to hear that you have issues with your SONY unit. You may adjust the slider on the headphones to achieve desirable comfort.
      Check the audio settings of the Bluetooth device to make sure the sound is output from the headset during a call. Use the Bluetooth device to re-establish the connection. Select HFP or HSP for the profile. Depending on the surrounding environment, wind noise may increase when the Ambient Sound Mode is turned on. In that case, cancel the voice focus with the “Sony | Headphones Connect” app. If the wind noise is still significant, turn off the Ambient Sound Mode.

    These are the best headphones I’ve ever bought. The noise cancellation is no joke I can’t hear anything when I have them on. I like the different colors that they come in. A little pricey but well made.

    Best headphones out there. I tried the AirPod pro max, but in my opinion, these sound better. The AirPods are more comfortable, but not another $200 better. If you’re looking at both brands, get these.

    Really good head phones! My only hiccup is using my iPhone to download music. Other than that, it takes a few days to adjust to the settings. The headphones can listen up to around 24 hours.
