Great performance with poor quality.

Owned for 1.5 years when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.My first impressions of the headphones were positive, based on also owning the earlier competitors, the included accessories were on par with what others offer. The sound quality and noise-canceling is excellent while the battery life outperformed my expectations. The only improvement would be to have more seamless switching when connected to two devices. The performance of the headphones made these my go-to headphones for work and leisure for the last year and a half. Until recently where the right ear cup swivel joint broke and the retaining clip sprung loose. This is a common problem search to find numerous threads. Contacted support only to be told physical or cosmetic damage is not covered by the warranty. The part that failed is under the headband with less than 1mm of access. Very unusual for many people to see common damage in difficult-to-reach areas all on the same ear cup. The manufacturer does not stand behind their product while the competitor headphones I own are 4 years old and still perform great with no issues.

Good for music bad for calls

Same feeling with bose.. overall i like sony’s sound quality and extra bass compared to fake sounding bose.. bose is better for calls.. sony needs to improve a lot in call quality... people hear external noise more when i’m in calls.!!!

Check the audio settings of the Bluetooth device to make sure the sound is output from the headset during a call. Use the Bluetooth device to re-establish the connection. Select HFP or HSP for the profile. Depending on the surrounding environment, wind noise may increase when the Ambient Sound Mode is turned on. In that case, cancel the voice focus with the “Sony | Headphones Connect” app. If the wind noise is still significant, turn off the Ambient Sound Mode.

Pricey but good quality

My only hiccup is using my iPhone to download music. Other than that, it takes a few days to adjust to the settings. The headphones can listen up to around 24 hours.

The Bose is better

The noise cancellation is no joke I can’t hear anything when I have them on. I like the different colors that they come in. A little pricey but well made.
