I got these for Christmas, yay me! I wanted some better noise canceling headphones and these were on sale, so I said YES. I chose the silver color, which is like a neutral gray color instead of black so I could see things on the headphones better. Almost all of my electronics are black and it's getting harder and harder for me to see the tiny details on them, so I chose the lighter color. I also like to be able to find them easily, and when everything is black, things get lost in the black hole. The headphones themselves are great. I read the instructions, but I also looked to videos online about how to use them more to their potential. I can't say I use all of the neat little tricks but I did learn a lot more about them. I love the flat oval zipped case these headphones are stored in. I am taking these on a trip next week and I'm sure they will pack nicely in my personal item bag. The case also has a strap if I want to clip it to my bag. Everything you need to operate these headphones comes in the case, the charging cord, airplane plug if it's compatible with the plane, and an aux cord if needed. The battery life is really great on these. I can listen to hours of music and podcasts while wearing these, plus they are comfortable on my ears and top of my head.

Comfortable and affordable headphones. They’re definitely wireless headphones I’d recommend and even got a friend to buy them and he also loves them I love that you can make a custom setting and adjust the sound of the headphones with the app as well. Love that they also come with a carrying case and accessories and if they’re dead you can resort to using them wired with the adapter it comes with and they’ll work without having to charge them and I don’t really see a lot of wireless headphones with this feature. It’s perfect for travel and easy to use and to connect and the battery life, short charge time, and the sound quality make it worth the price.

Had to grab these after my Beats Studio 3s broke after falling from 2 feet. The sound quality in these is levels better and the sound connect app just makes the experience so much more personalized. Build quality is nice for the price point and isn’t a bunch of plastic everywhere. Great sized case and comes with 3.5mm jack, EU connector, and charging cable. Only thing is the charging cable is really short but you can just buy and aftermarket. Battery life is excellent and it connects to my iPhone, Mac, and TV seamlessly

The sound is fantastic…, very comfort where it seats in the ears… for an autistic son I do recommend… and battery lasts more than 24 hours… it’s amazing

Decided to upgrade from ANC earbuds to these, and I'm so glad I did. It came down to these and the Bose 700s, but I chose these based on the reviews. I live in an otherwise great apartment complex where I can sometimes hear my neighbor below me (on the phone, music, etc.), so I just pop these bad boys on and everything disappears. I can't hear the washer, HVAC, cars right outside, voices, etc. Even without any music playing, they still drown out all the noise. So far they've worked great with the audio cable connected to my PS4 controller, and via BT with my PC/phone/Macbook, etc. I don't notice any loss of sound quality connecting to my PS4 controller to play; the only kinda annoying thing is that there seems to be no way to control the volume outside the actual in-game audio settings. I bought a really long audio cable to connect directly to my Roku TV and the headphones so as to control volume via the TV, but there's a bit of feedback there (prob the TV jack, or the cable?). So I just use the controller. I love the app and ability to set my own sound equalizer settings. Connecting to two devices simultaneously is also a great feature because sometimes I want to listen to music while I wait for a game to load, etc. These are also super comfy. I have a small head and was worried they wouldn't fit snugly, but they do! I've worn them for at least 4-5 hours at a time with no discomfort to any part of my head or ears.

After searching and trying over 10 “competitors”, including strong offerings from Bose and Seinnheiser, these are really worth all of the hype. Multiple Bluetooth device support is a WFH dream, and strong battery life and sound quality keep me in the focus game for everything I need. Can’t recommend them enough, and they’re incredibly lightweight and comfortable, even for my XL sized head.

Amazing headphones with really nice audio quality as well as noise cancelation. Also the fact that you can fold it and put in a case to cary easily is so much better compare to xm5 or 6. Something for this price range is really good. You can always go for jabra or some senheiser but if you are looking for good audio and good noise cancelation, this is the best you can get for this price range which is wireless. The battery life is also pretty good. And with fast charging I get a decent battery just for charging 1 hour.

This headphone is so comfy & I actually like it better than the XM5. The sound levels are good doesn’t make you too deaf & I love how you can put your hands over one side to hear what others are saying. It charges fast and battery life lasts pretty long. Used mines for 2 weeks now from time to time and I haven’t even charged it yet.

Five stars may seem generous but allow me to prove my opinion. These headphones are not the absolute best at any one thing, but their ability to do it all is why they receive a five star rating. They sound very, very good. Sennheiser good? No. But these are great headphones that still impress me with their sound quality. Are they as comfortable as the Bose NC-700's? Not quite, but I can wear these for hours before the headband induces soreness or the earcup pressure becomes fatiguing. The noise canceling is incredible, truly 5 stars, and while i dont live in a big city, numerous times I've left a noisy stovetop vent running because I simply couldnt hear it over the sound of a podcast, not even music. The battery life is fantastic and comnecting them to multiple devices is simple enough that the extra pinch of time to pair and connect is perfectly okay with me. The interesting earcup fold to place them appropriately in the case takes about a week to get used to but once you memorize it the act is natural and takes very little thought. The included 3.5mm audio cable, airplane charge converter dongle, and short usb-c to A cable are nothing short of a bonus and are appreciated. Again, these headphones dont knock anything completely out of the park, but they do everything very well. Give them a chance!

For the past couple of years I have been researching noise canceling headphones. With the the Black Friday deals, I decided to go ahead and buy a pair. From my reasearch I found the Sony WH-1000MX4's would best fit my needs. After about a months worth of use, I can say these headphones did not dissapoint. These headphones have excellent sound quality and great bass. The Sony headphones app makes it easy to tune the sound the way you prefer, instead of being stuck with presets. The noise canceling is good, but not perfect. When working in the office you can still faintly hear voices in the background. The voices do seem to go away when music or audio audio books are played. It is also nice the app does allow you to tune the noise canceling to fit the environment. If you just want to tone down the outside noise, you can just move the ANC slider to a setting of your liking. Last, these headphones fit great. I have a larger head which can be problematic with some headphones. With the WH-1000MX4's adjustability, they fit comfortably on my head, without too much pressure. I would recommend the WH-1000MX4's to anyone looking for a Noise Canceling headphone with excellent sound quality.

The Sony WH-1000XM4 Wireless Noise-Cancelling Headphones are truly exceptional. The noise cancellation is top-notch, providing an immersive listening experience, whether you're in a noisy environment or just looking to escape. The sound quality is rich and detailed, with deep bass and clear highs. The comfort and battery life are impressive, making them perfect for long listening sessions. These headphones exceed expectations in every way and are easily the best I've ever owned.

This model feels more comfortable than the New Model. They are also more comfortable than the Bose Quiet Comfort Ultras or the Q45’s in my opinion. The Sound is Solid “ compared “ to the aforementioned Headphones especially for the price of $225.00 I paid. Honestly I would not recommend paying $350 for these headphones or any of the other contenders. The sound does not blow me away for Sony or Bose . I will say that the Bose headphones are Overrated which is typical for Bose products in my opinion. In conclusion, most Electronics are overpriced and overrated, However if you can find the Wx004’s on sale for $225 or less, I think you should be satisfied.

It’s the best audio experience that I’ve had since my first AirPods Pro , really comfortable and the battery lasts longer

I am by no means an audiophile, but I have tried a large variety of audio playing devices and these Sony headphones are absolutely mind-blowing. I feel like up until this point, I have not heard music before. The sound quality on these headphones are beyond anything I have come across that just leaves you speechless. Also, the noise cancelling far exceeds any of the noise cancelling headphones/earbuds on the market, including the Bose 700s. I can confidently say that these are the best noise cancelling headphones under that 500 dollar range. Battery life is superior and truly does last over 24 hours (30 as described is a bit of a stretch here if you are using noise cancelling), but if you just plug these in for 10 minutes you can get like 2 hours of additional battery life. It is crazy. Microphone quality is excellent. I have used these for video conferencing and have been complemented on how clear my voice is. Background noise does appear to be controlled to a certain extent as well so people can hear you and only you. These are very comfortable and secure on my head. Additional app features help foster a great listening environment. Overall, these definitely outclass any headphones/earphones I have ever come across. However, its only downfall is I do think if a drop of water gets in these, you can say goodbye to these headphones! But these headphones are definitely worth the buy.

I wanted noise cancelling headphones that wasn’t too expensive and this was a great option for me! I like how I can cancel the noise, but still hear just enough to be somewhat aware of my surroundings. I like the feature where it stops the noise cancelling feature once you start talking to someone. It also feels great on my head/ears, and I’m pretty particular about headphone sizes and comfort. Sound quality is very crisp as well!

As one not normally discount the quality of Bluetooth over wired headsets, I have to say that these pack a major punch! Bass is incredible, the highs and mids are phenonimal. 28-30hr battery make them great fro travel. Using noise cancelling on my last flight - I couldnt hear a thing aside from my music - and no one could hear what I was playing. The app is nice and has an equalizer. One perk is an option to turn on voice assist, which can turn off noise cancelling if you get a call/start talking. 10/0 would reccomend!
