Only upgraded from the XM-3's due to their tweaking the of quieting down even more of background noise during calls and the added feature dual connection at once on two devices like the QC 35 II. Only wish they were water resistant like the Jabra 85t's. Hence 4 stars.

Good noise canceling headphones

They only thing I don't like about them is they kept beeping on me during my flight. The ambiance sound kept turning off and on and would beep every time. Very frustrating! If I could return them I would but it is past the return period.
