It's great to hear that you are enjoying the sound quality of your WH-1000XM4 headphones! We know that seamless connectivity is essential, and we want to help you get them paired with your new Samsung TV right away.

The WH-1000XM4 supports pairing with multiple devices, but sometimes an initial connection to a new source requires a specific setup to establish a solid Bluetooth link.

Please try the following steps to resolve the pairing issue:

1. Check Proximity: Make sure the headset and the TV are within 1 meter (3 feet) of each other during the pairing process.

2. Enable Manual Pairing Mode: Even if the TV's Bluetooth menu sees the headphones, they need to be actively broadcasting the pairing signal.

For pairing a second or subsequent device, press and hold the power button on the headset for 7 seconds or more to enter pairing mode.

3. Perform a Factory Reset: If the steps above don't work, a factory reset will clear all previous pairing information and restore factory settings, which often resolves connection issues.

If the TV is still unable to complete the connection after these steps, please ensure that your Samsung TV supports Bluetooth headphones and that is actively scanning for new devices, as some TV models require confirmation on the screen during the pairing phase.
