Trust when I say Tidal and their 360 audio make music sound like an album. The noise canceling and touch pad on the right are the cherry on top.

Works Great - Proximity Sensor Poorly Placed

My ear pushes right on it and causes discomfort after a few hours. The sensor adds the auto pausing feature. But I would trade it away for not having it rubbing on my ear.

Switching between devices when connected to multiple is still very sketchy. Random disconnects even at close range. The mute-when-talk feature sounds great, but not if you find yourself singing along to your music at all. Not really worth the upgrade from the XM3's

Make sure to update the software of the headphones (via Sony Headphones Connect app) for optimum performance. You do have the option to turn off the Speak-to-Chat function by holding 2 fingers to the touch sensor control panel. When using the multipoint function, make sure to turn off or pause the music playback of the device that is not in use. You may refer to this link for more information:
