    Honestly one of the best headphones I could have ever bought I’ve had these headphones for a year now bought them last Christmas and they’re still going strong and very durable. Highly recommend for people who want these for the gym or for any other reasons if you’re serious about your music.

    Great ANC and with the equalizer you can make them sound however you want. Did have some static in one ear so I returned them.

      Thank you for the feedback on your experience with your WH1000XM4. While we're glad you like the exceptional noise cancelling and sound quality of the headphones, it's unfortunate to hear that you're hearing unwanted noise on your headphones. This is definitely not the experience we'd like to hear from you. Good to know you're utilizing the built-in equalizer on the Sony Headphones Connect app. Resetting and initializing the unit may help resolve the issue. We also recommend updating the headphones on the latest firmware version. The software includes key features, applications, bug fixes, and feature improvements.

      We regret to know that the unit had to be returned. Your feedback about the static on one side of the headphones is greatly appreciated. Rest assured that this will help us improve our products.
      We hope you will consider Sony again in a future purchase.
