It'unfortunate that you are not having a complete experience because of its call quality and ambient sound function. Your feedback is greatly appreciated. Make sure to install the latest software version of the headphones (via the Sony Headphones Connect app) for optimum performance.

Depending on the surrounding environment, wind noise may increase when the Ambient Sound Mode is turned on. In that case, cancel the voice focus with the “Sony | Headphones Connect” app. If the wind noise is still significant, turn off the Ambient Sound Mode.

For call quality, re-establish the connection between the headphones and your source device. Select HFP or HSP for the profile. You can also check the settings of the app that you are using for mic sensitivity if available.
