Thanks for sharing your review and experience with the WH1000XM4. Your feedback about the call quality is greatly appreciated. For optimum performance, make sure that the software version of the headphones is up-to-date (via the Sony Sound Connect app).
When on a call, turn up the volume of the headset and the connected device. Use the Bluetooth device to re-establish the connection. Select HFP or HSP for the profile. You can also check your source device or the app that you are using for mic sensitivity if available.

These are worth the money!

It is expensive but worth all the money. The app that it comes with makes it very convenient for school. Also, they stay on my head through my whole workout. 10/10

Amazing minus the ear pads

It is so soft that it pretty much compressed to nothing after about an hour of use. I could only wear them for about 20 minutes before they would start digging into my head becoming to painful to wear. So I unfortunately had to return them. I wish they came with a firmer ear pad or at least sold better pads as an option
