Resetting the headphones and making sure that the software is updated help to resolve issues if the headphones is not working properly. While we are glad you like the great sound quality of our XM4 when listening to your music, we are sorry if the call quality of these headphones did not meet your expectations. The XM4 provides great call sound quality when connected to a smartphone or mobile phone that supports the Bluetooth profile HFP (Hands-free Profile) or HSP (Headset Profile). However, your voice will be heard from the headset through the headset’s microphone (Sidetone function). To get the most out of your XM4, we recommend updating its firmware to the latest version (2.0.7). The software includes key features, applications, bug fixes, and feature improvements.
