We're glad that you like the noise canceling function of the headphones. It's unfortunate that you're having issues with the multipoint function. When using a multipoint connection, if you play music on the second device while still playing music on the first device, the music from the first device will continue to be heard. Stop the music on the first device so you can listen to music from the second device through the headphones. If you stop the music on the first device but then can't hear any sound, turn off the first device, or disconnect the Bluetooth connection between the headset and the first device. Make sure to also set the multipoint function:

I will say they are nicely put together and have a nice fitted hard case but that's about it for the price. A lot of bells and whistles but seem to have neglected how they sound which is really what matters most. No real bass to speak of even using the equalizer on the app. The swipe controls on the right headphone were hit or miss. Even though I tried and tried to navigate them. If your priority on buying wireless headphones is noise cancellation than maybe these will work for you but if you are into music you can feel these might not be for you even at the sale price. I returned them as maybe the pair I had were defective. I wasn't having a second go around of disappointment. However, I will say I love Sony products just not this one. I ended up buying a lower tier pair of Sony headphones that did have extra bass that you could control with the app as well as noise cancelling. All around great sound. Not just a bunch of novelty features. Swipe control features works like a charm. And to top it off I caught them at a black Friday price and put a lot of money back in my pocket. Good Luck!

It is recommended to use your index finger when controlling the touch sensor. Having the latest software version of the headphones (updated through the Sony Headphones Connect app) will provide optimum performance and might have changed your experience.
