Thank you for your feedback on our WH1000XM4. We appreciate this and this will help us improve our future products. Regarding sound quality for Bluetooth, we have 2 modes for XM4. The Priority on sound quality mode which prioritizes the sound quality (default). And, the Priority on stable connection mode which prioritizes the stable connection. When you want to prioritize the sound quality, select the “Priority on sound quality” mode. If the connection is unstable, such as when producing only intermittent sound, select the “Priority on stable connection” mode. It is unfortunate that we can no longer help you troubleshoot your problem. We are optimistic that you will consider Sony again in your future purchases. Regards - Marco

Hi Owasso, we're glad you like the sound quality of our industry-leading noise canceling headphones. We're sorry to hear that you have an issue connecting this headphone to your soundbar. WH1000XM4 requires the A2DP Bluetooth profile for Bluetooth audio playback. Please check you soundbar if it supports the said profile and if it has Bluetooth transmitter to connect with this headphones. Usually, soundbars will only pair to a bluetooth device that plays audio, like a TV, tablet, or phone. They cannot pair with other bluetooth speakers, headphones, or soundbars.
