Glaring flaw

Great sound, easy app, comfortable, solid battery. The biggest flaw i found, and it was the deal breaker, the sound would randomly mute itself and stayed connected. The only fix i figured out was to turn them off then back on again.

While we're glad you like incredible audio quality and most of the features, we regret to hear you're experiencing unexpected issues with the headphones drops out audio or no sound is heard. We want to make sure that you’re taken care of and go through some troubleshooting with you to make sure your headphones are great. Make sure to update the firmware of the headset by performing a software update (via Sony Headphones Connect app)

Use this headset and the Bluetooth device as near to each other as possible. The situation may be improved by changing the wireless playback quality settings. Set the headset to “Priority on stable connection” mode or fixing the wireless playback mode with the “Sony | Headphones Connect” app.
You may be able to resolve some issues by resetting and initializing the headset, then pair the headset and the device again. To reset or initialize the WH-1000XM4 headphones, refer to this link: https://helpguide.sony.net/mdr/wh1000xm4/v1/en/contents/TP0002752743.html

Great headphones

Once plugged in though? Sony’s sound WAY better. The only real gripe i had was that the ear cup was way to shallow and i had to return it

I.E phone and tv or fire stick. Keep in mind that the phone is always connected so you can easily and quickly use the app to switch between any other devices you have connected and stored in the apps memory. Great product.

Awesome headphones but one main issue

However, they suddenly stopped charging, despite trying multiple chargers they just wouldn’t charge. Since I loved them so much I went a head and purchased a replacement pair, but they also stopped charging after a few days of use. It's disappointing, especially considering the high price point, and I've found that several others have experienced the same issue.
