Wonderful Headphones

I have two small children who are very noisy around the house. I am able to concentrate while working from home in meetings or listening to music to wind down after a busy day. They are clear and the sound is excellent.

Not good for windows

Not good for windows at least for me and this was enough for me to return after all the efforts to keep it. Not easy on my head. I would feel the pain if I wear for long time. Pros Good sound quality Best active noise cancellation But still I could not use for long time due to it's drawbacks, may be mine was a bad one. I am not sure

We hope you have updated the software of the headphones (via the Sony Headphones Connect app) which fixes that issue when connecting with a Windows computer. It also improves the overall performance of the headphones. The WH1000XM4 also features an adjustable headband to achieve the best fit and comfort.

Not the best for watching TV with headphones

Since I bought these to mainly use with my tv. There is some obvious sound time lag at times. This definitely gets annoying. So for thr price paid they are not the best quality. Average at best.

The audio playback on this unit may be delayed from that on the transmitting device, due to the characteristics of Bluetooth wireless technology. As a result, the sound may not be in sync with the image when viewing movies or playing games.

I saw this headphones a couple of months ago but didn’t get them at the time. I saw where they were now available in blue and I just had to get them. Totally not disappointed in my purchase. We're glad that you like the sound quality of the headphones. It's unfortunate that you haven't had an easy time connecting devices. When you pair the headset with a device for the first time after you bought it or after you initialized the headset (the headset has no pairing information). The headset enters pairing mode automatically. When you pair a second or subsequent device (the headset has pairing information for other devices), press and hold the (power) button for about 7 seconds.
