Thanks for sharing your thoughts and experience using your WH-1000XM4 headphones. It's unfortunate you've been running into difficulty. In order to save the battery, the headset will automatically turn off after 15 minutes of not being worn. By using the “Sony | Headphones Connect” app, you can change the settings of the wearing detection automatic music playback pause and resume function and the wearing detection automatic power off function (the battery saving function).

Though, after one year, there was a high-pitched noise coming from the right ear side. I did use it A LOT and in hot weather, so there is a bit of a sweatiness issue.

Good sound, but a big flaw.

Good for some, fitment may be issue

Unfortunate, so I had to return them. Issue is the pain they cause on the top of my head no matter how loose I made the band. I would have to constantly adjust the placement of the top band and it lead to not enjoying my experience.
