Good device, but just for me not comfort to wear

The sound quality was pretty good, but it is not for me because my head felt much pressed after 30 minutes of wearing this. Didn't experience this with my old Bose 35II. Hope Sony to improve the comfort of device in the future version.

Adjusting the headband and the earpads properly can help reduce discomfort while wearing the headphones. These headphones actually support super-soft, pressure-relieving earpads in foamed urethane evenly distribute pressure and increase ear/pad contact for a stable fit. I use them for a week, but constantly found that my right ear tip would hurt. I did some more research online and found that this is a very common problem. I also did not like how sweaty my ears and sides of my head would get when I used them outdoors it made me feel uncomfortable, especially around other people. I feel that this would be a great product if Sony would just fix the ear cushions. I ended up buying AirPod Max’s instead.

Not as noice cancelling as I wanted them to be

Tested them on a 5hr flight and I could hear a baby crying at the back of the plane.

Great noise cancellation but bad connection

Also the usb c charging cable that comes with the box is intimidatingly short. The sound has too much bass to my taste but the noise cancellation works great. Already returned this headphone to the store due to the disconnecting issues when connecting multiple devices.

Who wouldn’t? This can connect to 2 devices at the same time and the proximity sensor is a bonus. I love it. Also - its blue and I am a sucker for this color. Love it so much I wear it all the time.
