Not good for windows

Not good for windows at least for me and this was enough for me to return after all the efforts to keep it. Not easy on my head. I would feel the pain if I wear for long time. Pros Good sound quality Best active noise cancellation But still I could not use for long time due to it's drawbacks, may be mine was a bad one. I am not sure

We're glad that you like the sound quality and noise canceling function of the WH1000XM4. It's unfortunate that you had to return the headphones because of Windows issues and their comfort. We hope you have updated the software of the headphones (via the Sony Headphones Connect app) which fixes that issue when connecting with a Windows computer. It also improves the overall performance of the headphones. The WH1000XM4 also features an adjustable headband to achieve the best fit and comfort.

Great headphones and they’re blue too

I saw this headphones a couple of months ago but didn’t get them at the time. I saw where they were now available in blue and I just had to get them. Totally not disappointed in my purchase. These are great headphones

We're glad that you like the sound quality of the headphones. It's unfortunate that you haven't had an easy time connecting devices. When you pair the headset with a device for the first time after you bought it or after you initialized the headset (the headset has no pairing information). The headset enters pairing mode automatically. When you pair a second or subsequent device (the headset has pairing information for other devices), press and hold the (power) button for about 7 seconds.

Creaking/popping noise

I love the sound and the noise cancelling is top notch. My main issue with my unit is the left earcup/band makes some kind of subtle creaking sound/popping noise whenever i move my head. It is quite distracting when I am trying to listen to music. I expected better quality control considering this is a $350 headset.
