A Really good Pair of headphones

The Bluetooth connectivity can be quite fussy. It’s not as seamless as AirPods for example, but once you customize them in the app they’re a great every day pair of headphones. Serviceable for anyone whom is not an audiophile.

Not Good for audiophiles.

If you are looking for comfortable noise canceling headphones these are great. The box falsely advertises "High Res Audio Wireless" LOL no such thing exists as of December 2021. You can have high res or wireless but not both.

Planning a trip and wanted to make sure I had noise cancelling on the plane. I used them at home just to connect to my phone and ipad and had no problem connecting.

The noise-canceling technology in our headphones is designed to reduce ambient noise for the user, but it does not extend to the microphone used for calls. This means that while you benefit from reduced background noise, the person on the other end of the call may still hear some ambient sounds. We do apologize for the inconvenience. Make sure to wear the headphones properly. Adjust the length of the headband. Put the headset on your head with the (left) mark on your left ear and the (right) mark on your right ear. There is a tactile dot on the (left) mark side.

Thanks for sharing your thoughts and experience using your WH-1000XM4 headphones. It's unfortunate you've been running into difficulty. In order to save the battery, the headset will automatically turn off after 15 minutes of not being worn. By using the “Sony | Headphones Connect” app, you can change the settings of the wearing detection automatic music playback pause and resume function and the wearing detection automatic power off function (the battery saving function).
