For optimal microphone performance, we recommend keeping your smartphone or mobile device at least 50 cm (19.69 in.) away from the headset. Placing the device too close may result in unwanted noise. If you haven't done so already, please perform a firmware update on your headphones. This update enhances Bluetooth connectivity and improves the quality of hands-free calls. It has all the modern features that I can think. The only downside to me is that, it looks a bit bulky once you wear them especially compared to its biggest rival the boss qc 45.

However if I were to compare these to the airpod Max that my wife owns… i think i like the maxes better when it comes to noise cancelling.

Straight lemon unit. Battery issues.

Unit came with 10 per cent battery. Left if on charge for a couple of hours, then tried again, it showed 100 per cent battery. I connected it to phone and right away I get the message "Low Battery, please charge". Left it again overnight charging, next morning same thing. Tried different cables and block, same result. I ended up returning it and getting a different one off of another retailer. Other than that, the sound was amazing and noise cancelling the best I've gotten so far. Definitely love the headphone, not the lemon I got from BestBuy.
