    The headphones have pretty good quality. However, the app is confusing to use, and was annoying to keep headphones on the noise-canceling setting because it would automatically sense your motion and turn it on ambient mode

      Thank you for the review and we do apologize for the inconvenience. To turn off the Ambient Sound Mode. Press the CUSTOM button repeatedly until the Ambient Sound Mode is turned off. Each time the button is pressed, the function switches as follows and is announced by the voice guidance.

    Had the 800 series upgraded to the 1000 model has some good features I like the auto pause when you talk or when you pull off your ears.

    Purchased these headphones around may 2022. Overall great headphones extremely comfortable and stylish. It's currently November 2022 and the headphones continues to disconnect from Bluetooth. Will be returning these.

    I use this on my WIndows PC (Win11) and my phone (iPhone 12 Pro). They can be connected to both devices at the same time. Excellent. Use with Microsoft Teams and They work great for that too.
