Not sweat resistant

I called Sony and they said they would not cover damages due to sweat or moisture. Best buy did reassure me their Geek Squad protection would though.

Cuts out

IT' S OK BUT COULD BE MUCH BETTER

The bass is loose, the mids are drowned by the dirty bass and the highs are not crisp. I'm really dissapointed. I bought the Sony MDR-XB50AP/L in ear Extra Bass Earbud wired headphones to have it on my car, paid only 25 dollars and the sound much better!!!

The reason for 4 stars is there is it enough give. I have a big head and these headphones feels a little right on my head. Another small issue is the 2 connection. It takes a while to switch between devices on its own. But other than that I’m happy

For comfort, try adjusting the headband and the earpads properly. Our WH-1000XM4 has a slider that you can use to adjust the length of the headband to get the best fit and for comfortable listening experience. These headphones actually support super-soft, pressure-relieving earpads in foamed urethane evenly distribute pressure and increase ear/pad contact for a stable fit.
