Broken: High Pitched Ringing in Right Ear Cup

High pitched ringing noise in the right ear cup that is so loud that it could cause damage to your ear. I strongly suggest you getting a warranty from where you buy them because this really sucks. I tried all the tricks on their site to fix them, none worked.

I like to hear all frequencies at a higher level. These did not live up to my expectations in the bass department.

It is recommended to utilize the the Headphone connect app which has features like equalizer, 360 Reality Audio, Sound Quality Mode, and many more. Unfortunately, Clear bass is not available for WH1000XM4. You may adjust the bass from the audio source instead.

VERY good noise cancelation

However using with my PC bluetooth the sound goes in and out. Some say because of my WiFi interference so far cant use it anymore and went back to wired again ;(

Bluetooth communications may be disabled, or noise or audio dropout may occur under the following conditions.
When there is a human body between the headset and the Bluetooth device
In this case, put the Bluetooth device in the same direction as the antenna of the headset to improve the Bluetooth communications.
There is an obstacle, such as metal or a wall, between the headset and the Bluetooth device.
In places with wireless LAN, where a microwave oven is used, electromagnetic waves are generated, etc.

The noise canceling function is effective in low-frequency ranges such as airplanes, trains, offices, near air-conditioning, and is not as effective for higher frequencies, such as human voices. Please make sure to update the firmware to the latest version as it will improve the general performance of the headphones. Also, due to the characteristics of Bluetooth wireless technology, there may be a delay in audio playback when viewing videos. Also, a slight delay occurs in the receiving end when making calls or during music playback.
