If you had the 3s youll love the 4s BUT they are minor upgrades,. The 3s are still JUSTAS GOOD!

I absolutely love them and all the extra technology it comes with compared to other headphones. It is somewhat pricey though. But I would highly recommend.

Thank you for sharing your experience. While we are happy thayt you like our XM4 for listening to your favorite music, we're sorry to hear that you are having issues when using it for phone calls. Please allow us to help you fix this issue.
You may try these steps:
- Check that both the headset and the connected device (i.e., smartphone) are turned on.
- Turn up the volume of the connected device and the volume of the headset if they are too low.
- Check the audio settings of the Bluetooth device to make sure the sound is output from the headset during a call.
- Use the Bluetooth device to re-establish the connection. Select HFP or HSP for the profile.
- If you are listening to music with the headset, stop playback and tap the touch sensor control panel twice quickly (with an interval of about 0.4 seconds) to respond to an incoming call.

Please take note that the noise canceling function of these headphones is effective in low-frequency ranges such as airplanes, trains, offices, near air-conditioning, and is not as effective for higher frequencies, such as human voices. Make sure to adjust the headset into a comfortable position and check that the Adaptive Sound Control is turned off on the “Sony | Headphones Connect” app. When the Adaptive Sound Control is turned on, the noise canceling function may become insufficient. Weird noise problems

It gave me headaches so I returned it for a new one and that problem is long gone and I'm really happy with it.

Sony noise canceling

I got complaints that in office call please speak loudly, your voice is not coming properly. I did not want to return but I returned. I got Bose 700 for active noise canceling the best among all noise canceling headphones.

I returned it because it felt delicate. When this previous generation went on Black Friday sale, I decided to try it. Sound is almost the same as the latest mod, and on top of that, It felt durable. It’s also better for traveling. It folds in a smaller form. I decided to keep it.

Great Headphones, but...

The mane reason I got them is for gym use.
