Thank you for telling us about your experience with your WH-1000XM4. Your feedback is extremely important to us and is very much appreciated. For comfort, try adjusting the headband and the earpads properly. Our WH-1000XM4 has a slider that you can use to adjust the length of the headband to get the best fit and for comfortable listening experience. These headphones actually support super-soft, pressure-relieving earpads in foamed urethane evenly distribute pressure and increase ear/pad contact for a stable fit.

In order to listen to music over Bluetooth technology, both Bluetooth devices must support Advanced Audio Distribution Profile (A2DP) Bluetooth profiles. Your Bluetooth headphones support the A2DP Bluetooth profile, but the PlayStation only supports HSP and HFP Bluetooth profiles. Check your device manual for model-specific information.
