Good for indoors not outdoors

I notice that the sound leaks a lot and I don't like having random noise be playing out. I mostly use it for in my house not in Public.

We appreciate your review of the headphones. Make sure to update the software version of the headphones (via the Sony Headphones Connect app) for optimum performance.
The noise canceling function is effective in low-frequency ranges such as airplanes, trains, offices, near air-conditioning, and is not as effective for higher frequencies, such as human voices. Check that the Adaptive Sound Control is turned off. Check the setting of the Adaptive Sound Control on the “Sony | Headphones Connect” app. When the Adaptive Sound Control is turned on, the noise canceling function may become insufficient.

I did some work arounds and still don’t work but overall they were good headphones

It is amazing for listening to music, but fukc, it is awful when using it as headphones with phone calls, discord, zoom, or anything else. The microphone pics up EVERYTHING and the noise cancelling changes randomly when doing stuff, which is really annoying and I can't figure out how to turn it off. Also, touchpad instead of tactile buttons is waaay more annoying that I thought. I'm past the return date, but I'm still going to get the Bose or anything else that doesn't auto-disconnect when I adjust the ear-piece.

We're glad that you like the sound quality of the headphones. It's unfortunate that you are not having a complete experience because of the mic quality, noise canceling function, and touch controls.
For optimum performance, make sure that the software version of the headphones is updated (via the Sony Headphones Connect app). These steps may also help when using the mic function of the headphones:
-Re-establish the connection between the source device and the headset.
-Select HFP or HSP for the profile.
-You can also check the settings of the app that you are using for mic sensitivity if available.

In the factory setting, the built-in proximity sensor in the left unit and the built-in acceleration sensors in each of the left and right units detect when the headset is attached to or removed from your ears, and the headset automatically controls the touch sensor control panel’s operation, powering off, pausing music playback, etc. (Wearing detection). By using the “Sony | Headphones Connect” app, you can change the settings of the wearing detection automatic music playback pause and resume function and the wearing detection automatic power off function (the battery saving function). I have a small head and they tend to slide around. The range is great though, I can set my phone down and walk anywhere in the house and within reason anywhere outside the house and they do not break connection.

I have big ears so it wasn't comfortable wearing for a long time and I don't like how heavy it is. Other than those problems they're extremely good.

Its good but..

Also the 2 device pairing is not great always causes me troubles. Usually i am on my laptop and if i get a call on my phone it wont switch also if it does switch it wont come back.
