The sound quality was good, but was very disappointed in the ANC. My Bose QC2 still does a better job on this regard. Ended up returning these cans.

Find your personal EQ setting and enjoy

For optimum performance, please make sure that the headphones software is updated as it includes key features, applications, bug fixes, and feature improvements. If you are experiencing sound issues or feel that the sound quality during video conferencing is poor, please make sure that you have sufficient internet connection. Try different apps or a different computer to determine if the issue is with the headphones, the app, or the computer. In case of an unstable Bluetooth connection, use a wired connection from the headphones to the video conferencing device.

Terrible experience with the noise canceling.

I decided to return them and spend a little more on the XM5 which did fit a little tighter but there was some terrible feedback I don't know if they were broken, they were brand new, so I just decided to return them and am trying out the raycon pro. Was super excited because the noise canceling according to all reviews I read online said the five was better noise canceling than the four.
