    I hate these earphones. If I wasn’t 16 days outside of my return window they would be going back. They randomly switch between sound types even with downloading the app and setting it through there. They do hold a charge for many hours, but the ambient, noise cancel feature switching is annoying, and there are “buttons” on the side of the right earphone that if you accidentally hit one it makes a change as well. Super bummed - should have stuck with Bose.

      Thank you for the review and we're sorry to hear what happened with your headphones. Update the software of your headphones via Sony Sound Connect app. A firmware update improves the functionality and features of your device. It can provide fixes to any performance issues that may occur.

    great headphone for daily use but after a year and a half the right ear plays an extremely loud tone. Sony customer support said it is probably caused by moisture buildup in the ANC microphone near the speaker causing feedback. If its within the 1 year limited warranty they will RMA It can also be used while powered off with a headphone amp over 3.5mm if you dont want to use the battery/noise canceling

    The microphone is much improved over previous Sony headphones, so I can use them for both listening to music and Zoom calls. I tested the QC35 and Bose NC700 and these were much better.

    They were great while they worked. Comfortable, great custamizable sound. Shortly after the 2 year warranty ended (extra year from BB), the noise cancelling no longer works. Sounds like an ocean in the left ear. They still work if I use Ambient sound off, but I really liked the noise cancelling feature.
