Emit a High Pitched Squeaking After a Year

My older Bose QC35 that I bought in 2017 are still working... might have just been bad luck but I doubt I'll ever try another pair. I did enjoy them before they quit working and the hand gestures on the side as well as the bass made it stand out.

We'd love to troubleshoot the issue and make this a better experience for you. In the meantime, updating the software of the WH-1000XM4 will help improve the overall performance of the headphones (Version 2.5.0) which you can download and update using the Sony Headphones Connect app.
Also, please try resetting and initializing the headphones.

If you use these to workout in buy febreeze in less than 1 week this headset started to smell like some sweaty boxing gloves. Even with head set adjusted to smallest size depending on head position these headsets will fall off my ears.
