Superb sound quality and ANC

In the default setting, the headset will automatically turn off after 15 minutes of not being worn. This isnt good for the gym even with the noise cancelling function the bass is so low so you can hear the music that the gym is playing. Also, it turns off randomly not sure if its trying to conserve power but i turned off everything in the app and it still does it. Most annoying thing ever is enjoying a song and the headphones turn off.

Do not use for Video Conferencing

The microfone is terrible. I have used this many times for the past 6 months on video conferencing and I am so tired of people telling me to "speak up", "could you repeat that" "I can't hear your", "WHAT". The cheap microphone on my laptop works better!!!!!! Has many features which, unfortunately, take a lot of time to figure out. The volume control in partuculary, did not work as advertised. They sound good but the horrible microphone quality and hard-to-use features makes these an expensive, useless piece of junk!!!!!!!!!!! I have gone back to my 15 year old Bose corded headphones and they work great for video conferencing.

We're glad that you like the sound quality of the headphones. It's unfortunate that you are not having a complete experience because of its call quality. Make sure to install the latest software version of the headphones (via the Sony Headphones Connect app) for optimum performance. Re-establish the connection between the headphones and your source device. Select HFP or HSP for the profile. You can also check the settings of the app that you are using for mic sensitivity if available.
