    The product is good but worth the premium price. The multiple connect devices feature is good if you are switching between 2 phones, but if you are switching between a laptop, ipad or phone then it doesn’t work. You either have to turn off the headphones or turn off the bluetooth of the device. Also, the material quality is not that good as you may hear creaking sounds when you’ll wear it in the wind. If you are looking these to use them in the gym then I won’t recommend this because they will fall while you do weight training exercises. Airpods pro offer better value than this and are also cheaper. There isn’t much difference in the audio quality. Also, they claim 30 hours battery life. I used these for 25 minutes and the battery went from 100 to 35%.

      Multipoint connection works with only two devices at a time. A third device can be connected through Bluetooth, however, the Bluetooth connection with the last device that played music will stay connected and the second device will be disconnected in order for the third device to establish the Bluetooth connection with the headphones.

      To prevent the unit from falling, adjusting the headband and the earpads properly can help for a firmer hold and better noise canceling experience. These headphones also are not designed for sports.

    Read a lot of great reviews about these headphones but was overall disappointed by the audio quality and the noise cancellation. It works very well but if you walk into another room it takes a moment for the sound to cancel out. I opted to return these and get the AirPods Max instead and am much happier with those.

      We regret to hear that you're not having the best experience because of connectivity issues. The range of the Bluetooth connection is approximately 30 feet (10 meters). However, the maximum communication range will vary depending on obstacles (person, metal, wall, etc.) or electromagnetic environment. Make sure to install the latest software version of the headphones (via the Sony Headphones Connect app) for optimum performance.

    Best for Music worst for Mic call

    The headphone is fantastic if you are a music lover. However if you are using the headset microphone, this unit is not a best choice. This headset microphone sucks. I tried attending my zoom calls and every single call, other party keep blaming voice breaking and not hearing my sound at all.

    I was so eager to buy these and I finally got them and disappointed is an understatement… the amount of battery time is great but they shut off randomly and I’m not sure if mine are faulty but I can definitely hear more sound on the left… honestly a waste of money..I’ve only had them a month

      For random shut off, please make sure that your headphones have the latest software update. You can check for updates using the Sony Headphones Connect app. Please check the Auto Power Off Setting. he headphones may automatically turn off after 15 minutes of not being worn. You can disable this feature through the Sony Headphones Connect app. Verify the battery level when the issue occurs. If the battery is low, charge the headphones fully and see if the problem persists.

      For sound issue on the left side, please make sure that the connected device is as close as possible to the left side of the headphones, which houses the built-in antenna. This can help improve the Bluetooth signal strength. Please make sure that the earbuds are properly fitted in your ears. Sometimes, an improper fit can cause volume imbalance. Try changing the earbuds to another size that comfortably and snugly fits both ears. The best size earbuds may be different for the left and right ears.

    Great headphones if not connected to a Samsung TV.

    These are great headphones unless you use them with a Samsung TV. They work great with most items, but they are unpredicable when connected to a Samsung TV. Sometimes they work, sometimes the sound cuts in and out.

    Not the right fit for me

    Bought because I wanted noise cancelling headphones that wouldn't irritate my head or ears. I've had problems with fit issues with other brands and these seemed to fix the issue... at least at first. Headphones seemed to put a lot of pressure on side of head if wearing for over an hour, so I returned them.
