They are a little large for my head so I would recommend trying them on in store before buying. The phone call quality could be a little better

Great feel, frustrating 2 device connection

My only issue which may just be my misunderstanding is the 2 device connection. While my headphones connect to both devices fine (my phone and PC respectfully), I find it extremely difficult to switch between the two seamlessly. They seem to get stuck on one device and refuses input from the other. Thankfully I tend to just need the input from my phone so this is not a huge issue for me, but it can be frustrating.

Great headphones

Only thing is the ANC can give a slight uncomfortable pressure feeling but you get used to it and the sound quality is really nice.

Great music quality

I purchased another brand for my daughter at the same time and they have compared them… these definitely have better sound (while the others have slightly better noise cancellation). Music quality is of more importance to my son, and that’s why he likes them so much. He was never able to find earbuds that fit comfortably, and has really preferred the fit of these headphones instead.

Still a top choice

I upgraded from M2 (4-yrs-old still going strong) to M4 and have no complaints, except that the carrying case no longer has a snap loop you could attach to your carryon (it now has a fabric loop that doesn't fit around much). Battery life is slightly less but still excellent, lasted through 2 hours in airport and 12-hour flight with no issues. Very comfortable, except needed to move top band every few hours as the pressure in one spot would get annoying. Recommend downloading the accompanying apps to fine-tune the ANC and your audio quality/equalizer. Equalizer has a few presets but you can also just customize based on personal preferences.

Good quality sound, at the cost of a bad glitch.

I like that it's got Type-C for faster charging and the carrying case is protective. Though not all is great, as there is one feature that is horrible. I thought my headphones were broken because every time I play them on my PC the sound cuts off too much, constantly. I noticed the issue goes away if the headphones are connected to my phone while the app is running, and using the "prioritize connection over quality" but the second I turn off the bluetooth on my phone, the problem comes back.

In addition to setting the headset to “Priority on stable connection” mode with the Sony | Headphones Connect app, one of the possible solutions to the issue is by updating the firmware of the headphones (via the Sony Headphones Connect app) for optimum performance.
