DOES NOT WORK ON MY SAMSUNG TV'S - AMAZING DEVICE
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.One Fatal Flaw with Sony WH-1000XM4: It does not work with any of my three Samsung TV's. Sony support told me they never heard of this. Third level support put me on hold and then came back and said their interface is not compatible with (some? all?) Samsung TVs. I had to return the to Best Buy. Review searches shows many others have experienced the same problem and outcome. Poor transparency and wasted their time and mine. BUY THIS HEADSET if you do not use a Samsung tv. This is the most amazing headset I have used. (Beats, Bose, D-C) I will stay with what I have hoping Sony updates its product. I am more disappointed that it does not work than how inefficient and maddening Sony support was to work with.

Not worth the money

And I must say the noise cancellation is shocking, as soon as I put it on my head everything in the back ground sounded like a blur. As far as sound? I have heard better quality in the beats by dres’ and once I heard great quality from those it makes these head phones quality so trash! These should be 140$ the sounds isn’t crisp or clean or clear , not even loud I was shocked, it all just sounds muffled. I like to hear sharp crisp sounds and contrast these had none in my opinion ! It’s only getting 2 stars because of the noise cancellation and the features it has is pretty cool. I returned them very quickly and gotten my money back.
