First time I really used them was for a flight from Atlanta to New Jersey, to West Africa. I probably used them for a total of about 6 hours and when I landed they were still at 90 percent power. On the flight back someone had to wave to get my attention because I couldn't hear the passenger that was 3 feet away from me that was trying to get my attention.

Great but hmm.

I added a bluetooth 4.0 dongle and it worked fine but when a call rings when connected to both the phone and Laptop while using microsoft teams I notice that the Laptop switches to the laptop microphone which if you are not aware public will hear you very low. I know it is a microsoft issue. It would been better if the cable for wired connection would have had a micropone so that in this case we could just go fully two way comunication wired . I did it by purchasing a cable and a Lavalier Mic and a spliting cable for both headphones and Mic. Another good feature would have been to have bluetooth connected to the phone and have audio and mic wired to the laptop . Again both devices can be connected via bluetooth and works great but the laptop is not reliable.

Amazing noise cancelling, best purchase for WFH

I'm still getting used to the voice command feature, as the headphones sometimes pause to listen when I'm singing along to music. The tech is overall really advanced and convenient. I like that I can connect it to both my phone and laptop, but I sometimes have a hard time transitioning back and forth, especially when when I try to pick up a phone call and am video chatting on my laptop, but that will likely get easier with tie

What a refresing sound

I have to say I am more than impressed with them. They are comfortable, look nice and the sound is breathtaking. Walking around with them is so good as you don't miss any notes in the music. I have to say I own a pair of BOSE you guys have to work hard to compete with SONY this time. I am retiring all the other headphones I own and keeping this one alone. The price is not bad at all. They do not look cheap.

There was a garbage truck going crazy outside of the empty warehouse I'm working inside of, and I cycled into noise cancelling...Holy crap it's like it wasn't even there. Great buy, fantastic battery compared to my WF-1000XM3 earbuds I got a year or so back. If you can spring for these, definitely do it. Paired easily with my iPhone and Macbook Pro both with and without the app. App is also much improved from my first experiences.

Nice noise cancelling

Unlike AirPods, it does not hurt your ears even if you use it for a long time. Also, the price is reasonable, I think. The battery lasts longer than expected. It can connect to devices and uses MacBooks and iPhones with it. Switching to Bluetooth between devices works better than expected.

Worth the money

Battery life was exactly as advertised, and maybe longer if not using bluetooth. Noise cancelling performance was great, although I don't have experience with the current XM5, so I can't compare.

Amazing Overall

These are a big step up from the XM2s which I owned previously The sound quality is great as you would expect. Comfortable and minimal. The only nitpicks I have are with a couple of features, *speak to chat* & *pause when headphones are taken off*. The ladder is nice when it works, which is most times, but not all. Speak to chat however has become annoying. Its very sensitive to noise, not just your voice. Also it seems to activate even when switched off in settings.

Great Value

I'm willing to pay for the best if I can afford it, but value matters even more to me. I didn't notice any difference between the two in minimal testing, so saving about $200 was the right choice for me.
