Only issue was the battery started losing it's charge after 2 days of minimum use. These are better in noise cancelling and comfort with thicker cushions on the ears and on the crown of your head. GET THEM!!

Lets me Get lost in the music and really blocks out most all background noise. Comfortable fit, longest I’ve worn them is about 6 hours and no ear/ head fatigue. Worth the money if you enjoy quality sound.

Not a keeper for me

Was using AirPods Pro which work very well but sometimes bugs my ears. Back to the Sony headphones… Sound is pretty good, not great. Seems to have some crackle at times. Could be the Bluetooth connection which is also why I’m returning them. They have a really hard time staying connected to our LG OLED C2 which hasn’t been a problem for the AirPods or other buds. Too frustrating. Purchased Bose QC Ultras to try instead. Much more money of course but way better sound and no more connection problems.

Mom's Headphones from Sony

We initially looked at other brands that offer noise cancelling headphones, yet Sony is a name we have purchased in the past and it never disappoints with regard to quality and sound. The color is also a nice alternative to black or red. Mom can still kick it but does so on her own terms with her own music, or just sitting quietly without all the noise. These headphones are priced right and were the right choice for our mom.

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was hesitant to spend this much on a set of headphones that I would be using for things like biking, working out, outdoor work but after using these for a few weeks I am incredibly happy with the build quality, convenience features, and anc performance. They have been dropped several times and hit a tree branch, still in perfect shape. ANC on these is amazing, truly the best in class until Bose releases their equivalent. The Sony headphones connect app used with the headphones works great so far as well. The automatic audio passthrough works great 99% of the time, the only thing I have found that activated it when not intended are loud lawn mowers but turning that setting off takes all of 1 button press in the app. Finally the most important part, sound quality is fantastic as expected by Sony's flagship ANC headphones.

Great Noise Canceling Headphones

Noise cancelation is perfect, touching the right ear cup to allow outside noise is very convenient. Taking them off automatically pauses whatever you re watching/listening too. I wish it had a better microphone. I tried using for a work call, but people said the voice quality wasn't good. After a couple hours of use, I had to take them off for about a minute because the ear cups were getting warm (not mechanical warm more body heat). Not a big deal...because I was expecting it to heat up right away...not the case for me. Sound quality is very good. No problems connecting multiple devices...phone and tablet.
