Hi nycevan, we're glad that you like the noise canceling function and its sound quality. We appreciate your feedback about the Speak-to-Chat function. The Speak-to-Chat mode activates when it detects the speech of the person wearing the headset, but in rare cases it may activate in response to the voices of other people, ambient environmental sounds, transportation announcements, etc. Disable Speak-to-Chat in cases where the Speak-to-Chat mode frequently activates by accident. Due to ambient noise, the speech of the person wearing the headset may not be detected, and the Speak-to-Chat mode may not activate. In this case, try speaking longer and with a louder voice. In some cases, the Speak-to-Chat mode may not activate even when speaking longer and with a louder voice in extremely noisy environments such as in an airplane.
