The XM4 provides great call sound quality when connected to a smartphone or mobile phone that supports the Bluetooth profile HFP (Hands-free Profile) or HSP (Headset Profile). However, your voice will be heard from the headset through the headset’s microphone (Sidetone function). To get the most out of your XM4, we recommend updating its firmware to the latest version (2.0.7). The software includes key features, applications, bug fixes, and feature improvements. I have had them for a year and I am very gentle with them, but they have already broken at the hinges and this seems to be a common issue with these headphones. very disappointing especially considering the price. it also has difficulty connecting to my iPhone sometimes.

It has decent sound quality but has some issues

Connected device doesn't see the hands free (mic) until I turn it off and on again. So, I returned it. Also, I would prefer physical buttons instead of touch controls

Great quality but not comfortable

Had to return, however, because they're quite uncomfortable for me to wear. I have a larger head, and these are a bit rigid. They can be adjusted in the length, but I could get them to not press behind my ears, which give me a bit of a headache if I wear them for longer than an hour or so.
