Really allows you to enjoy everyday music because of the Hifi-Res! Only think I didn't like that much is the quality of the materials used to make the headphones. I feel that it is easy to break! Also had an issue with noise canceling 8 months in.

I did not find sound quality very impressive. Gave it to my child to use for online classes but the auto sound fade feature is not responsive enough e.g. during lecture, instructor's voice would fade if asked a question but then would stay faded during the answer and would miss out during reply

The sound is okay, nothing amazing, especially for the price. Amazing noise canceling ability and the multi-device ability is super cool. Works very seamlessly with Google Assistant.

We are glad you like the multipoint function of the headphones. When using the headphones for phone call. Check that both the headset and the connected device (i.e., smartphone) are turned on.
Turn up the volume of the connected device and the volume of the headset if they are too low.
Check the audio settings of the Bluetooth device to make sure the sound is output from the headset during a call. The WH-1000XM4 headphones offer further improvements to our industry-leading noise cancelation, exceptional sound quality, and smart listening that adjusts to your behavior and your location. Using the Sony Headphones Connect app, Ambient Sound Control lets you adjust the volume of background sound and gives you the option to allow voices alone to be heard. Meanwhile, the Equalizer lets you customize sound levels to suit your music.

We regret to hear that you are not having a complete experience because of computer connectivity. The headphones may have been connected to the computer through Low Energy (LE) communication mode. This usually occurs when the headphones are paired without pressing the power button for seven seconds and may result in the headphones not pairing to the computer or the computer not having sound.
To resolve the issue, make sure to press the power button on the headphones for seven seconds to put the headphones in pairing mode before you pair the headphones with the computer.
After the headphones are in pairing mode, both WH-1000XM4 and LE_WH-1000XM4 appear on the computer screen. LE_WH-1000XM4 may appear first, and then a few seconds later WH-1000XM4 will appear. Wait for the WH-1000XM4 to appear on the computer screen and select it.
Note: It may take up to one minute before WH-1000XM4 appears.

We're glad that you like the sound quality of the headphones. It's unfortunate that you're not having the best experience with the Speak-to-Chat function. The Speak-to-Chat mode activates when it detects the speech of the person wearing the headset, but in rare cases, it may activate in response to the voices of other people, ambient environmental sounds, transportation announcements, etc. Disable Speak-to-Chat in cases where the Speak-to-Chat mode frequently activates by accident. You do have the option to turn this feature off by holding your 2 fingers to the touch sensor control panel until you hear the voice guidance say, “Speak-to-chat deactivated”. My favorite headphones I've used so far

They were very easy to set up and pair with my PC, android phone and tablet, and very easy to use the functions of the headphones when listening to what I want. The noise cancelling function works very well and is easy to enable/disable as needed. I also really like the swipe functions on the right side for volume and music control.
