These headphones are perplexingly good. They have amazing sound quality that you can adjust to fit your needs with the app that these absolute gems use. They have a hard shell case unlike there older brother the XM5’s which comes with a soft shell one. They’re very nice and out of the way to carry around and the bass is in your hands because you can adjust it however you want. If you’re on the fence about buying this item and it’s on sale just buy it, you will NOT regret it one bit!

Comfortable, Lightweight, Long Battery, Awesome Noise Canceling

Great sound quality, excellent noise cancellation, comfortable fit. And once you learn how to use the app to change settings for things like touch control, it's nice to have the flexibility to control those options. Wish the headband was made of stronger material to withstand pressure from, say, wearing the headphones in bed while sleeping on your side every night. Over time this will break the headband, as I've discovered. Still, that's probably an unusual use case so I won't ding the rating for that. Definitely recommended, especially as a lower-cost alternative to the more recent WH1000XM5.

Hands down the best headphones I've ever owned! I was never the one to splurge on headphones until I had a really long flight that I wanted to be able to sleep on. First off the music sounds incredible. I have listened to tracks that I love and have listened to hundreds of times and have noticed little nuances of the song I've never heard before. The treble hi and low ranges are insane and the bass hits just hard enough with no cracking or other issues. The noise cancelling feature works so well I still can't believe how good it is. I also love the fact that you can put your palm over the right earpiece to deafen the noise canceling allowing you to hear other people or important things like announcements without taking the headphones off. Google assistant works very well allowing me to call, check notifications, or text without having to pull my phone out. I guess my only negative thing I have to say about them is sometimes if i lean my head and it hits my shoulder during a workout the motion control on the headphone will change songs or mess with the volume. All in all this is the absolute best pair of headphones you can buy in my opinion and totally worth the money. This may be the best electronics purchase I have ever made! If you are on the fence about purchasing them but have the money to do so I would definitely recommend these over anything!!!

I travel a lot for work, on various transportation modes. These help to identify eqch scenario and cancel the background noise effevtively. I can do it either via the headphones on the side, or through the easy to use app. I made it through three separate airports with half a battery to spare on a recent trip north. I was also able to walk and talk via my phone with them on too, and had no complaints from the other end about background noise or static. I don’t use these at a PC for gaming since they’re bluetooth/nfc (they’re not meant for high speed gaming!), but they do connect to a pc as well as a tablet very easily, and the music / spoken word sounds great there, too. Good bit of kit for a traveler or wfh type user.

Great sound and very comfortable. I wouldn’t buy these for someone if they have a smaller head. They did not fit my girlfriends.

They honestly have a very comfortable fit when most headphones I try do not. The noise cancellation is one of the best ive ever tried and the audio quality within itself is very clear and good.

Ive had many headphones over the years and these are the best sounding headphones I've ever heard. Very easy to use and great battery life. Only complaint goes for all modern wireless headphones. They all need more volume. I know they design them to not damage hearing but I've been listening to loud music for 55yrs and take full responsibility to my hearing.

Excellent headphones, very light and super comfy I can wear them all day long without feeling discomfort. Sound-wise they're great, nice rich bass although I would've loved a bit more volume. Noise cancelling in my experience with these is no joke, with the self learning software you will barely hear anything else, with music pumping out or not. Just some occasional hissing while used in pure noise cancelling.

Sound Quality and Bass are balanced well - these are comfortable to wear for about 4 hours, It is slightly on the larger side since it's overeat and thus not great for running around or exorcising in. Best for relaxing or editing with.

After a lot of research, I decided to buy these Sony's. They are probably the best headset I've ever had and I couldn't be happier! The sound is amazing and they are super comfortable. I wear them while I'm working at my desk as well as my nightly jogs, and they're perfect. Also, they're super easy to clean and fold back up into their carrying case for storing or traveling. I am so happy with this purchase!

Comfortable, sturdy and great sound quality. The swipe features are pretty cool also. they get a little hot though when you have them on for long periods so i used them through the hood of my sweater when i was on a flight last week. Even with that I would still recommend.

I have always been a big fan of the Beats Headphones and Bose Sound Link series. I own both of them: beats on-ear and Bose around-the-ear headphones. My ears feel a lot more comfortable with the over-the-ear style headphone. I was looking for a new headphone option when I found the Sony WH1000XM4 series. I was instantly captured! The sound is incredible! The noise-canceling feature is perfect, in my opinion. The app you use with this headphone is something else, and so many settings can be used to tweak your sound. I wanted to use these headphones while walking and hiking, but I would not recommend them if you are a person who sweats. The headphone does not like moisture. The instructions that come with the headphones go deeper into the subject. I did it anyway. I will not do it again. I am very satisfied and pleased with my purchase. This is one happy customer!! I love them!

Its a good product. I ended up returning simply because I don't think they are worth the money. Full price 300 on sale 250. Its a lot for a product i wont use every day and a product that has a lot of reviews complaining about the hinges breaking and sony not doing anything for their costumers. I bought the xm4 and the xb910n together and honestly the xm4 are better. The anc is a bit better. The sound is more balanced and they have speak to chat and a sensor that pauses the music whe you take them off. The xb910n are missing these features. And they are not as balanced soundwise like the xm4. But. I paid 120 dollars (sale price) for the xb910n vs 250 to 300. I couldn't justify the price and the anc on the xb910n is not bad. The sound is good once you play with the EQ a bit, the battery life is better than the xm4s and the codecs supported by the xb910n are exactly the same as the xm4 so hi res audio is possible to be listened to on both. I am a musician so i care how well music sounds. But i dont consider myself an audiophile. I hope this is helpful. I enjoy tech but i tend to be a little frugal and i also dont find important if someone notices if im wearing a 250 dollars headphones or 150 dollar headphones as long as i get what im looking for. I tested both the latest and very expensive Bose and Sony headphones. I came to the conclusion that Sony beat Bose on every element. The features that Sony have are very impressive for the price. They are very comfortable and not heavy at all compared to the competition. I highly recommend this headphones if you are looking for amazing sound, great Bass, amazing noise canceling and great looks!!

Extraordinary sound options for all musical tastes. For my taste the base is perfect. Fit is also extremely comfortable for long movies or concerts. There's a learning curve to fully appreciate and try all that they can do. Be patient. Pairs extremely well with my lg V60 phone both wired and wireless. Also pairs well with Samsung Q80T TV. (must download app and follow the instructions!) LOVE auto shut off when you remove them and pick up right where you left off when put back on! Can also be customized to your own ears. Worth the money! You will have these a long time!

Best headphones ever. Blows Bose away. Noise cancelling is top of the line and I love how they can connect to two Bluetooth devices at once. I can be listening to YouTube and get a phone call and my computer will automatically pause YouTube for the phone, then automatically resume once I hang up the call. They're also very comfortable. I can wear them all day without any discomfort. Battery life is amazing.

My kid loves this headset. It has of a superior sound quality and very well designed.
